Hi, I have, in the period of 5 days, called Ubisoft 5 times, which is more than I'd call my brother on Christmas holidays. My issue is that the game crashes on launch, and it is doing the same thing to Ghost Recon Wildlands which makes me assume it's ubisoft game related as I can run other games fine. Two technical support persons have said to me 'Yep sorry about that, I'll have a look at your msinfo and dxdiag files and we'll see what we can do to fix this issue' I called like an hour after call chat hours were opened; the guy on Monday said 'I'll get back to you shortly' Tuesday the support person was Alex, and he was the person that originally started assisting me with my case. He also claimed he would get back to me; he did not. I'd just really really appreciate it? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
